Meghshala Trust

Science Master Teacher/Curriculum designer, Since June 2018

At Meghshala, I collaboratively created approximately 500 science e-lessons for teachers in under-resourced and public schools to develop scientific temper among teachers and students. The premise of our product was to support teachers and transform education delivery in resource-contrained contexts. Accordingly our lessons were made to fit multidimensional contexts across the Indian sub-continent.  

In addition, I have supervised research fellows and have created research studies to assess change in teaching patterns. I was part of a team that created a multi-stakeholder impact assessment tool to assess short-term and long-term changes in teaching behaviours to inform organizational strategy.
